Before your content shows up on your web site, you must publish it.
There are two approaches to publishing your content:
1. You can set each page to "Auto publish", which means that any time you make a change to the page, the changes will appear on your web site. To set a page to "Auto Publish", go to the "Web pages" page. Select the "Properties" icon, and select "Auto Publish" from the pop up menu.
2. You can manually publish one or many pages. From the main Web Builder Express menu on the left side of the Summary Page, click on "Publish site". Select the page or pages you want to publish, and click on the "Publish" button.
Remember - if you do not publish your web pages by either setting "Auto Publish" on or by using the "Publish site" feature, your pages will not appear on your web site!
What about menus?
If you use Web Builder Express to manage the menu for your web site, then Web Builder Express automatically stores a complete menu on every page of your web site. If you add, change, or delete pages, you need to update the navigation menu which is stored on every page of your web site. You can do this by clicking on the "Publish site" menu item. Click on "Select All" to select all your pages, then click on "Publish" to publish all pages.
A good general rule is that if you add or delete page, or if you change the name of pages, you should use "Publish site" to publish all your pages.
