Where should I start?
There place where you will do most of your work in Web Builder Express is the "Web pages" menu item. You can access it from the main, action menu on the left hand side of the Summary page that you see immediately after you log in. The "Web Pages" area will show you a list of all your web pages. Here you can view your web pages, edit existing pages, and add / move / and delete pages.
