If you purchased the Premium service level of Web Builder Express, we will provide you with up to five e-mail accounts. This page describes how to set up Microsoft Outlook Express to allow you to access your e-mail accounts provided by Web Builder Express.
Suggestion: You may want to print out this page and use it as a reference when you set up your e-mail account.
1. Start Outlook Express: You can probably find Outlook Express this way: - Click the Windows Start button at the bottom left of your screen - Click Programs - Click Outlook Express.
However, your computer may be configured differently.
2. On the main Outlook Express menu: - Click the Tools menu - Click the Accounts menu option

3. On the “Internet Accounts” window: - Click the Mail tab - Click the Add button - Click Mail.

4. On the “Internet Connection Wizard / Your Name” window: - Enter your name (i.e. Herb Leibacher) - Click the Next button

5. On the “Internet Connection Wizard / Internet E-mail Address” window: - Click the button that reads “I already have an e-mail address that I’d like to use”. - Enter your full e-mail address, provided to you by Web BUilder Express support, in the “E-mail address” field. For example, "you@yourcompany.com". If you are not sure what to enter here, contact admin@WebBuilderExpress.com - Click the Next button.

6. On the “Internet Connection Wizard / E-mail Server Names” window: - Make sure that the “My incoming mail server is a” option is set to “POP3” - Fill in the incoming mail server and the outgoing mail server information: Your incoming mail server is: mail.WebBuilderExpress.com Your outgoing mail server is: mail.WebBuilderExpress.com - Click the Next button.

7. On the “Internet Connection Wizard / Internet Mail Logon” window: - Enter your Account Name and Password, provided to you by Web BUilder Express support. For example, your full account name will be like "you@yourcompany.com", and your password will be a string of letters and / or numbers. If you are not sure what to enter here, contact admin@WebBuilderExpress.com - Click the Next button.

8. On the “Internet Connection Wizard / Congratulations” window: - Click the Finish button

9. On the “Internet Accounts” window: - Double click the new account you just established.

10. On the “Properties” window: - Click the Servers tab - Check “On” the box that says “My server requires authentication” - Click the Settings button.

11. On the “Outgoing Mail Server” window: - Click the button that reads “Use same settings as my incoming mail server” - Click OK.

12. On the “Properties” tab: - Click the OK button

13. On the “Internet Accounts” tab: - Click the Close button

14. To send any outgoing mail and collect any incoming mail: - Click the “Outlook Express” folder - Click the Send/Recv button on the top toolbar
