You can define rules so that, when a specific user makes a change, or when a specific page is changed, then Web Builder Express notifies the people you specify.

After you select the "Web Pages" page, you can select "Notification Rules." You can use the drop down to select if you want to define rules for pages (notify a list of users whenever a page changes), or define rules for users (notify a list of users whenever a certain user makes a change).

In the example at the left, whenever anyone changes the page called "Home," Web Builder Express will notify the users called "Asm" and "Herb" by e-mail that the page changed. The users called "Asm" and "Herb" do not need to take any action; the change will move to the web site.

The symbols at the far left indicate whether a rule is active: 
      - the red "no" symbol  
      - the green "yes" symbol
