You can define rules so that, when a user makes a change to any page marked for approval, then either:

· one user with administrative privileges must approve the change before it shows up on your site, or

· all the traditional users must approve the change before it shows up on your web site.


After you select the "Web Pages" page, you can select "Approval Rules". Whenever any user changes one of the pages on the left, one of the people on the right must approve the change.


In the example at the left, whenever anyone changes the page called "Home," the user called "Herb" must approve the change before it will show up on your web site.

The symbols at the far left indicate whether a rule is active: 
      - the red "no" symbol  
      - the green "yes" symbol
