With the "Administer user security" features of Web Builder Express, you can add, change, and delete users who can update your site. You can specify exactly which features each user can access. You can also specify which pages of your site each user can update. You have complete control over who can make changes to your site, and what changes they can make.

You can customize the security authorization of each person you allow to update your site. You can define the security so that it matches the way your organization operates as well as the responsibilities and capabilities of the people who you allow to update your site.
You might want give some of the people who update your site access to perform only certain functions, such as accessing mailing lists or adding new pages. You might also want to limit which pages on your site they can update.
For example, you might want the manager of your organization's products to have the ability to add a new page to the products section of your site, but you might want the administrative assistants in that area to have the ability to edit pages but not add new ones. In the same way, you might want to give the people in your marketing area the ability to send e-mails out to your e-mail lists, but not add or change any of the pages on your site.
